After getting customer’s relative parameters and 3D drawing, We start to design mould, like modular analysis, mould size design, Injection molding cycle, Analysis of difficulties in injection molding, product weight, Die water mouth weight, Mold picking method etc. We can design efficient and fast molds for production based on production requirement.
Our factory has a variety of high-precision die equipment, for example 10 high precision new CNC device,8 Wire cutting machines, 10 EDM machines made in Taiwan and grinding machines, which help us guarantee high quality mould.
Our factory has 2 sets 3 D co-ordinate measure machines, 1 set Mould projection detector and 2 sets Rockwell hardness tester, which help for mold parts processing and inspection of finished product injection molded parts. In this way, we can guarantee final model to meet customers’ request.
Design for manufacturability (DFM) is the general engineering art of designing products in such a way that they are easy to manufacture. We always keep effective communication with customers to excavate your possible needs especially some missing details .After fully understanding customers’ actual needs, We can do final mold manufacture.
There is 3 injection molding machines(160T,320T and 650T) in our factory. We will choose suitable machine test mould according to different conditions and complex procedures and test mould until customers’ satisfaction.
Most of the moulds we design and manufacture are automated production. If customers have automatic production line, there is almost no expenses of Labor. We do simulation analysis of mold flow before opening mold to make sure shorter cycle glue injection scheme.
When mould are finished, We test mould with injection molding machine. After customers’ acceptance of mold, we pack mold well for immediate shipment. Customers’ satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
